Treatment Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy

Fees charged for treatments are for the delivery of said treatment and its accompanying services. This includes:

  • A thorough consultation and assessment.

  • Provision of information and professional advice.

  • Safe treatment using evidence-based products.

  • Follow-up appointments and appropriate aftercare guidance.

All service sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds may only be issued in the event of a valid medical condition, such as pregnancy, and must be supported by medical documentation.

All skincare products purchased on-site are non-refundable once taken off the premises.

All packages must be paid in full before treatment commences and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Aesthetic treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections (Botox), dermal fillers, and lip fillers, are non-refundable once administered.

Botox & Dermal Filler Reviews

A routine review appointment will be scheduled at the time of your initial Botox or dermal filler treatment. This review is set for approximately 2 weeks post-treatment, as this allows the product to settle and for results to be accurately assessed.

  • This review appointment is included in the treatment process and is essential for ensuring optimal results.

  • This follow-up appointment cannot be moved or rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the agreed review time, Brilliance Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for the outcome of your treatment, and no complimentary top-ups will be provided outside of this review window.

  • Follow-up appointments beyond the 2-week period will be considered new consultations and may incur additional charges.

Expectations and Adverse Outcomes

While every effort is made to ensure clients are delighted with their results, expectations are carefully managed during the pre-treatment consultation.

If you experience any issues following treatment, a face-to-face review must take place within 4 weeks of the procedure.

Brilliance Aesthetics does not take responsibility for:

  • Work performed by non-Brilliance Aesthetics practitioners.

  • Concerns raised more than 4 weeks post-treatment.

  • Any clients who present more than 6 months after a treatment by a third party, especially where previous concerns were not reported.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

  • For treatments booked as part of a package, missing an appointment or late cancellation will result in that session being forfeited without refund.

Consultation Bookings

  • All new clients must provide full contact details and complete a medical history form before treatment.

  • Information is kept confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Client data will never be shared without written consent.

Consultations are designed to ensure safe and appropriate treatment planning. While a cooling-off period is encouraged, treatment may be provided at the initial appointment if deemed suitable by both practitioner and client.
